When you do want to go out, the resort-style pools, landscaped gardens, and 24/7 CCTV-monitored grounds are right downstairs — and Mactan's beaches, malls, and restaurants are a short ride away.

Tucked into a quiet, landscaped condo community in Marigondon, with easy reach of Mactan's beaches, island-hopping docks, and the CCLEX bridge into Cebu City. Close enough to the airport for a late arrival, far enough from it to feel like a real stay.

A quick reference for settling in — where things are, and how to work the remotes, lights, and heater.
Power, temperature, fan speed, and mode are all on the LG remote by the bed. Press the red power button to turn it on, then use the up/down arrows to set your temperature.
One remote runs both. LIGHT ON/OFF turns the chandelier on or off — press it repeatedly while the light is on to cycle through Cool White, Natural White, and Warm White. FAN/OFF controls the ceiling fan; the numbered buttons (1–6) set the fan speed, from lowest to highest.
Mounted above the bed for brownouts. Use this remote to switch it on if the power ever cuts out — it'll keep the room lit until service is restored.
The wall switches are 3-color dimmable. Press once to turn a light on. To change the color, flip it off and back on again — repeat until you land on Cool White (bright, for working or reading), Natural White (everyday use), or Warm White (cozy, for the evening).
- Turn on the water first — open the shower faucet.
- Turn the heater knob clockwise to switch it on; keep turning clockwise for warmer water.
- Enjoy your shower.
- Afterward, turn the knob counterclockwise back to off, then close the water valve (turn it clockwise).
Always turn the water on before switching the heater on, and don't force the control knob. If it isn't warming up after a minute or two, just message the host.
A small self-serve pantry and drinks fridge is stocked with snacks, instant meals, and cold drinks — each item is priced. Take what you'd like and leave payment in the cashbox, or pay via GCash or bank transfer. Thank you for being honest with it.

- Grab the microphones and enjoy.
Charge it with the Type-C cable tucked inside the basket bag near the TV.
